Rob Metcalf
Rob carries out search assignments for both private practice and in-house positions in China and has extensive knowledge of the China legal market. Before founding Metcalf & Q, he ran the Beijing office of a British search firm and carried out retained search assignments for the legal and financial services sectors.
He is a Director and co-founder of Metcalf & Q and before his recruitment career he was a lawyer, working both in-house and in private practice in London, Singapore and Beijing. Rob is a qualified barrister (Lincoln's Inn) and holds a BA (Hons) in Russian.
